Volunteer Coordinator & Trainer - Life Chance trust
Part-time (3 days per week) | Newton Abbot & Remote | 1-year Fixed Term
The Life Chance Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Volunteer Coordinator & Trainer to recruit, train, and support our volunteer mentors working with young people aged 16–25.
The role includes managing safer volunteer recruitment, delivering engaging training, coordinating supervision and CPD, and developing reward and recognition initiatives that drive excellent volunteer engagement and retention. You’ll also build strong community relationships across Devon.
We’re looking for a positive, people-focused individual with experience coordinating volunteers or staff, strong organisational skills, and a flexible, can-do attitude.

Amplify Voice Lead Worker – Youth Focus South West
